Fiber Backbone OS2

Fiber Backbone OS2 is de singlemode glasvezel-backbone op OS2-vezel, de TeraSPEED-vezel voor verbindingen die verder reiken dan wat multimode aankan. Rexcom is door CommScope aangewezen distributeur voor Nederland en België. Het systeem loopt van indoor-, indoor/outdoor- en outside-plant-kabel van 6 tot en met 144 vezels in de brandklassen Cca en B2ca, via adapter packs en pigtails, naar duplex-patchkabels van 1 tot 15 meter in LC en SC, waaronder de Uniboot-uitvoering.

De tabel toont wat er bij een OS2-backbone hoort; filter op productgroep, vezelaantal of lengte. Naast de systeemcomponenten staan in de tabel ook de rangeerpanelen, cable managers en blindplaten die in dezelfde verdeler horen; die zijn niet uniek voor dit systeem. Voor multimode: Fiber Backbone OM4. Het bredere glasvezelassortiment staat bij CommScope Glasvezel.
